The living bank: Established in 1968, It is the first organ donor registrate in the nations and the first provider of organ donation and transplantation education in the United States. They are trying to change the time that the people that need a donation have to wait, instead of years months.

Blood Bank
It is a place where blood is collected from donors, typed, separated into components, stored, and prepared for transfusion to recipients. A blood bank may be a separate free-standing facility or part of a larger laboratory in a hospital.
The first blood bank in the world was established the 12 of July in 1949 by the Spanish medic Frederic Duran. Who was the one that start with the modern transfusion too.

It's a medical place where tissues are store
Tissue bank: Established in 2003 in MedellÃn. It was the first skeletal muscle tissues bank. Then they established another bank in Pereira of skeletal muscle tissues and eye tissues in 2014.
Their future vision is to be most recognaized human tissues bank in Colombia because of the quality standars that they use.
